Saturday Kids and Family sessions

We run regular Saturday Kids and Family sessions on three alternative Saturdays each term.

Either drop the kids off for Kids Clay Club and release their inner potter for creative sessions working with real clay!

Or join the Family Friendly sessions for the opportunity for adults and children to have a creative session together.

We also run one-off longer (3-5 half day) courses or Clay Camps throughout the year during school holidays.

Kids Clay Club

Saturday mornings:  9:00am – 10:30am

These classes offer an exciting opportunity for children to explore and develop their own creative ideas through the medium of clay in a professional studio space with inspiring tutors. The sessions will include hand building, sculpting and throwing on the potters wheel, as well as an exploration into decorative techniques.

Drop the kids off and release their inner potter for a creative session working with real clay!

These 1.5 hr pottery sessions are suitable for 6-11 year olds. These sessions are limited to small groups so that everyone gets lots of attention and can work at their own pace.

£45 for 3 x 1.5 hour sessions per term.

Family Friendly casual sessions

Saturday:  11:00am – 1:00pm

These classes offer an exciting opportunity for adults and children to have a creative session together working with real clay!

Release your inner potters as you make the pots or sculptures of your dreams in a professional studio space.

These 2 hour sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities and give everyone plenty of time to make something by hand, and also to have a go on the potter’s wheel.

There are 3 tutors in each session, and they will give you everything you need to get you started. So even when the sessions are quite busy everyone will get some expert teaching and support.

£26 for 1 Adult + 1 child
£32 for 1 Adult + 2 children
